Meals will be provided by introducing Chef Scotty Love, a culinary maestro whose journey has taken him across the nation, crafting unforgettable experiences for conscious and psychedelic retreats of all kinds.
With a clientele that includes luminaries like Joe Rogan and Willie Nelson, feeding the entire of austin when they lost power. Chef Scotty brings not only his exceptional culinary skills but also his heart and healing hands that will illuminate any experience to great heights.

Packing List:

As we gather for our transformative journey, please be prepared for significant temperature drops at night, especially during our outdoor ceremonies. Here’s what you’ll need:
Clothing:
    â€¢    Daytime Wear: Opt for breathable, comfortable attire like t-shirts, lightweight long sleeves, shorts, and pants.
    â€¢    Evening & Ceremony Wear: It’s crucial to dress warmly for the cold nights. Pack multiple layers, including a thermal base layer, a warm jacket, long pants, and a beanie or warm hat. For ceremonies and evening activities, ensure you have enough layers to stay comfortable outdoors.
Gear and Personal Items:
    â€¢    Sun Protection: Sunscreen, sunglasses, and a wide-brimmed hat are a must for daytime.
    â€¢    Hydration: Bring a reusable water bottle or hydration pack for outdoor activities.
    â€¢    Comfort Items: Don’t forget your yoga mat and meditation cushion for personal and group sessions.
Health and Wellness:
    â€¢    Climate-Specific Items: Pack lip balm, moisturizer, nasal saline spray, and allergy meds to counteract the dry desert air.
    â€¢    First Aid Kit: Essentials for minor injuries or blisters, tailored to outdoor activity.
For Accommodations:
    â€¢    Camping Essentials: If camping, a heavy-duty sleeping bag rated for low temperatures is essential. Include a sleeping pad for insulation from the ground and a tent for shelter.
    â€¢    Lighting: A headlamp or flashlight for safely moving around at night.

Bedding for Outdoor Ceremony:
    â€¢    Must-Have Warmth: A high-quality, heavy-duty sleeping bag suitable for cold temperatures, supplemented with an extra blanket for added insulation. A comfortable pillow and a sleeping or yoga mat as a base layer beneath your sleeping bag are also recommended.
Instruments and Personal Items:
    â€¢    Musical Expression: If you’re inspired, bring your instrument and coordinate with the facilitator for a shared musical time.
    â€¢    Personal Comfort: Consider packing a camping chair, additional yoga clothes, and personal items that bring you comfort and warmth, like a favorite blanket or crystal.
Medications and Hygiene:
    â€¢    Bring any necessary medications and communicate with the facilitators. Pack essential hygiene items like a toothbrush, toothpaste, and towels. Towels will likely not be provided.  
Nighttime Needs:
    â€¢    Focus on warmth with hand warmers, an extra blanket, and thermal layers. Gloves and a warm hat are strongly advised.
Snacks:
    â€¢    Bring some to share at the community snack table between meals.
